Submit a Claim Under the Guarantee

Exceptional claims customer service is at the heart of our identity and we’re backing up our promise with the new Signature Claims Service GuaranteeTM.

If you have an auto policy with us in one of the states listed below*, you may be covered by this guarantee. It applies to our internal claims service for auto claims made under your policy’s Comprehensive and Collision coverage. If you believe that you are covered by the guarantee and would like to make a claim, please follow the instructions below. If you would like more information about the Signature Claims Service Guarantee, please contact our Customer Advocate at CustomerAdvocate@ElectricInsurance.com.

*Available in the following states as of January 1, 2015: GA, IL, KS, MA, MO, NC, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, and WI.

Save the PDF to your computer and change the file name to include the last name of the policyholder making the claim.
