Award Recognizes Personal Lines Customer Service Department as Service Department of the Year
BEVERLY, MA – June 25, 2015 – Electric Insurance Company was presented with a Gold Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category in The 13th Annual American Business Awards in Chicago on Monday, June 22, 2015.
The company was also presented with a Silver Stevie® Award in the Support Team of the Year category for their Personal Lines Agency Services Team. This marks Electric Insurance’s seventh consecutive year as a gold winner or finalist in Customer Service categories, confirming its commitment to serving its policyholders and Independent Agents.
