MyAccount is supported by a mobile-ready responsive design for use anywhere there is an internet connection. The management center’s easy-to-follow screen layouts and intuitive functions include easy-to-access information on each topic – so customers can get details on demand.
MyAccount will expand in early 2016 to include features that allow customers to add and delete drivers and coverages and update their home policies to indicate when they’ve added features (like new alarm systems) that qualify for a discount, change coverage limits, and more.
