Maureen Hegarty, Vice President of Customer Operations, has a vision: take Electric Insurance Company’s already exceptional services to a new level.
“A lot of our policyholders really want more access to and control of their policy information,” Hegarty stated. “So our goal is to provide an easy-to-use, anytime, anywhere portal for our large group of DIY customers.”
Launching in this fall, the customer-centric “MyAccount Policy Management Center” will include robust new features introduced over a series of releases.
The first phase introduces a new security and credentialing process and a completely redesigned, easy-to-read format. Subsequent phases will build on the new site’s capabilities and increase customer access and control with each release.
Phase II will introduce more than 25 new capabilities, including increased view into policy documents and the ability to add or delete vehicles and drivers.
More capabilities are planned – MyAccount enhancements will include policy management features for homeowners and excess liability policies.
